What fabric options are available for this personalised sublimation baseball jacket?
This sublimation baseball jacket is made from quality fabrics that feel comfortable, breathable and hard-wearing. We offer several sublimation fabric options depending on your needs. For example, if you want a lightweight, sun-protective option you can choose a high-density sublimation fabric; if you prefer stretch and a closer fit, a sublimation stretch Lycra is ideal. The jacket in the photos appears smooth with a slight sheen and may use a sublimation polyester plain weave (Sublimation Poly Plain) or a similar polyester fabric — these fabrics have high absorbency for dye and excellent colour reproduction, ensuring vivid, long-lasting prints. We recommend selecting the fabric according to the jacket’s intended use (e.g. sports, leisure or everyday wear).
What sizing and style customisation options are available for the baseball jacket?
We offer a full range of sizes for personalised sublimation baseball jackets. In addition to standard sizes, you may supply specific measurements for bespoke production. The jacket shown uses a classic colour-block design — an off-white body with light blue sleeves and striped ribbing on the collar, cuffs and hem — a look that effectively showcases team identity. Prints are resistant to fading or peeling even after repeated washing. For example, our fabric test reports show water colour fastness (change grade) of 4-5, which demonstrates stable print quality. For everyday care, we recommend gentle hand washing or machine washing on a delicate cycle (use a laundry bag), avoid bleach and avoid high-temperature tumble drying to prolong the jacket’s life and maintain colour vibrancy. Iron on a low setting and avoid ironing directly over printed areas.
