What fabric is used for this breathable, quick-dry sublimation vest? What special features does it have?

This sublimation vest is made from high-quality performance fabric that feels light, breathable and quick-drying. Based on the fabric specifications we supply, it is most likely either “Sublimation Quick Dry Mesh” or “Sublimation Poly Plain”. Both offer good breathability, moisture-wicking and fast-dry properties. The quick-dry mesh in particular provides bleed-free sublimation transfer, excellent moisture-wicking and fast drying, and prints that are durable in washing. Our sublimation fabrics have been third-party tested — for example, report GZHT02606137 shows excellent moisture management performance: Wetting Time - Top Surface is just 4.4626 seconds, Absorption Rate - Top Surface is 39.7441 %/s, and Accumulative One-way Transport Capability is 209.6438. Some fabrics also provide UV protection (UPF >50) as shown in report X260626087, effectively blocking ultraviolet rays for better protection during outdoor activities. From the images you can see the fabric has a fine mesh texture consistent with quick-dry mesh, and the neckline and armholes use white binding to add visual contrast and a sporty look.

How should I wash and care for this sublimation vest to keep the print vivid for as long as possible?

The vest uses sublimation printing so the design is penetrated into the fabric fibres and is resistant to fading and cracking. According to our third‑party test report CKTCWG24010225, the fabric has excellent wet‑fastness: colour change and staining on wool/cotton both reach grade 4–5, and dark‑shade light fastness is greater than 4. This means the colours remain vivid after repeated washes and sunlight exposure. We recommend using a neutral detergent and washing in cold or warm water, either by hand or machine (turn the garment inside out and place it in a laundry bag). Avoid bleach and strong stain removers. After washing, air‑dry naturally and avoid high‑temperature tumble drying to preserve fabric performance. Do not iron the printed area; if ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside out and use a low temperature. Correct washing and care will extend the life of the vest and keep your team’s appearance crisp.
